Local Businesses Offered a Chance to "Get Fit and Fearless Like the Phoenix Mercury "
The Phoenix Mercury and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona are encouraging local small businesses to “Get Fit and Fearless Like the Mercury.” Now through Friday, June 30, fans are encouraged to sign up at PhoenixMercury.com/Fearless for the opportunity to win their company a Mercury Team Training Session at Talking Stick Resort Arena.
The winning organization will receive an exclusive wellness clinic at Talking Stick Resort Arena for up to fifty (50) employees, featuring tips and tricks for staying physically fit from the Phoenix Mercury training staff. In addition to providing advice on leading a healthy lifestyle, the training staff will guide the group through the same stretches and drills that Mercury players complete before each workout, practice or game.
The employees will also enjoy locker room access, complete with customized name plates, as well as Mercury athletic shirts and bags. The Mercury Wellness Clinic, which will also include appearances by Mercury mascot Scorch and members of the Hip Hop Squad, will culminate with a catered lunch for all participants.
Fans can visit PhoenixMercury.com/promos to view a complete schedule of theme nights, fan giveaways and exciting promotional opportunities. In celebration of Diana Taurasi becoming the WNBA’s all-time leading scorer on Sunday, the team will host Taurasi Night brought to you by State Farm during their matchup with the Minnesota Lynx on Friday, June 30 at Talking Stick Resort Arena. Tickets to Taurasi Night and other Mercury home games are available at PhoenixMercury.com or by phone at 602.252.WNBA.
