Report Details Costs, Challenges of ACA Newly Insured

Specifically, medical costs for new members were 19 percent higher in 2014 and even 22 percent higher in 2015 according to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. This increase in care is impacting the future of health insurance premiums.
